The design proposal relates to the development of 0.74 acre / 0.303 ha of a greenfield site in Crosshaven for the provision of up to 11 no. new houses and corresponding amenity spaces. It is proposed to create two distinct terraces. These are comprised of generally three storey dwellings, each containing four bedrooms with generous living / reception areas and utility spaces. Each terrace is bespoke in nature, mirroring the existing elevation of the western village hillside, however a common architectural language creates aesthetic coherence across the development.

A simple palette of robust materials are used in the scheme including clay brick and grey aluminium powder coated windows and doors combined to create housing of quality appropriately scaled in relation to its surrounding context.
