The development comprises of 20no. 1 and 2 bed apartments inc. duplex units with both private and shared amenity area and surface carparking. Apartment design focuses on the requirements for residential living inc. good levels of natural daylight and ventilation, dual aspect apartments, the provision of adequate storage space and potential for future adaptability.
It is intended that the housing will create a defined neighbourhood which will encourage interaction between the residents through use of the shared amenity area and streetscape. House types are based on a common architectural language which will provide aesthetic coherence across the development.
